The key decision was the river All-in call after UTG+1 raised all-in over Hero's $75 bet. Calling was +EV: only 6 combos beat Queens over 10s. The real leaks were earlier. Checking the flop and making a tiny turn Bet left value on the table in a six-way pot.
Street-by-Street Analysis
Preflop (6/10)
Q♦10♦ is a loose but playable UTG open for a Loose-Solid player. The $15 raise (3.8x the $4 pot) still got five callers. Expect multiway, out-of-position pots with this hand, and tighten slightly from UTG.
Flop (6/10)
Trips (Queens) on a dry board in a six-way pot is a spot to bet small. Any 3, pocket pairs, Kx and Ax floats will call a third-pot bet. Checking gave everyone a free card and built no pot.
Turn (5/10)
Trips plus a Flush Draw (9 outs) is a strong value hand, not a bluff. The $25 Bet (0.3x the $93 pot) is far too small. Around $55–65 charges Kx, K3, Q3, flush draws and straight draws, which are exactly what continued.
River (8/10)
Filling up to Queens over 10s and betting $75 (0.5x) is good value. When UTG+1 raised all-in, the enumeration says only 6 combos beat you (Queens over Kings, Kings over Queens). The raise also includes AJ, Q3 full houses, AQ and QJ, so calling is clearly correct.
Hindsight: UTG+1 had K♥Q♥. You lost your stack, but folding there would lose to far more hands than it saves against.
