Side Games: Outs Rush, Who's Ahead? and Equity Slider
- Coach → Side Games: quick poker games dealt fresh every run. Outs Rush — count your outs, 60 seconds. Who's Ahead? — pick the winning hand at showdown, 60 seconds. Equity Slider — guess your equity on eight hands, no clock.
- Every game keeps your best, your day streak and a Mon–Sun week strip. Play once today and the game's leaderboard opens — Today, This week and All time, top 10 plus your own row.
- The Feed is now two rooms: Global Feed (Latest · Trending) and Community (Spots · Groups · Vents). Your Groups lives in the Groups lane; the Community tab shows how many spots and group hands are waiting on you.

Feed: Latest · Trending · Community — and Crews are now Groups
- The Feed has three lanes: Latest, Trending and Community. Community shows the real hands players posted for a vote — vote right from the Feed, then see how it played out.
- Crews are now called Groups, and Coach → Your Groups is their home: this week's hands waiting on your vote, your groups, Start / Join. Same thing as before: a chat of friends that drops one hand a week and votes blind.
- Tournament clock: snap a photo of the room's printed structure sheet (or pick it from your library) and every level and break is set up for you. Live session → Blind levels → Photo, or from the clock itself to replace the levels mid-event.
- Edit the structure freely: change any level's blinds and length, add a level or a break anywhere, delete one. Tap a level on the clock.

Community: post a spot, the room votes before it sees the result
- Spot Ballot (Coach → Community): share a logged hand frozen at your decision. Players vote Fold / Call / Raise (or Check / Bet) before they see what you did, then the crowd split is revealed next to the coach's line. Post anonymously if you like.
- Crews: turn any group chat into a crew. One hand per member per week, the crew votes blind, and a streak that survives one flake — a week counts when half of you drop a hand. Invite with a code, no connection needed.
- Vent lane: bad beat? Share → Vent. It gets an exact equity stamp ("You were 96% on the turn"), three reactions, no comments, and it disappears in 48 hours.
- End Session now leads with your best decision: the felt frozen at the spot, the coach's reason, and the skill it shows — then one leak. Post the hand to the feed or share the card in one tap.
- The feed shows the coach's line on coached hands. In Community, the Spots tab puts the hands that still need your vote first — vote, and the card folds to the question with the thread open under it.
- Reminders: tell us when you usually play and get a nudge to log after — plus a streak rescue before midnight when your Daily Set is undone. Turn it off any time in Account → Reminders.
- Share → Copy text writes the hand up forum style — positions, stacks in big blinds, action by street — with the result under an r/poker spoiler tag.
- Badges you can actually earn: First Responder, Helping Hand, Regular, Leak Fixed, Seven Straight and Hot Streak — they show next to your name on comments.

Style Check: Nutsy guesses your move — before you make it
- New in Table IQ (Coach tab): a daily set of 5 spots built from YOUR logged hands. Nutsy privately locks in a guess at what you'd do, you answer, and it owns being right or wrong — next to the best play against that opponent type and why.
- Honest by design: thin-evidence guesses are marked low confidence and stay off Nutsy's record, and when it misses on thin data it tells you exactly what to log to sharpen the next guess.
- Table IQ now unlocks at 50 logged cash hands OR 50 logged tournament hands — whichever you play — and Style Check serves spots only in your formats. Cash players get cash spots, tournament players get tournament spots with the stage.
- New on the website: the PokerInk blog at pokerink.com/learn — including the full story of how Style Check works. Find it in the app under Account → Blog.

Ranked Seasons are here — Season 1 starts today
- Your Poker IQ is now a true lifetime rating, like a chess rating. It moves only when you play rated questions — up when you beat material at your level, down when you don't — and it never resets on a schedule or decays while you're away.
- Why everyone restarted at a fresh rating today: the old scoring had flaws that let repetition and answer patterns inflate scores, so the numbers stopped identifying who could really play. This was a one-time correction — your streaks, XP, badges and history are untouched, and from here your rating is yours for life.
- Rated play is your Daily Set: a short set of rated questions each day, dealt at your level across every drill format. Drills you pick yourself are unlimited Practice — fully graded and explained, they sharpen your skill bars, but they never move your rating.
- The leaderboard ranks a confidence-adjusted rating; you place after about 50 rated answers (roughly two weeks of Daily Sets) across 3+ drill formats. Full details in the app: Leaderboard → How it works.

PokerInk is best in the app
- Hand logging, the AI coach, drills, and analytics are a much better experience in the PokerInk app for iPhone and Android, so that's where they live now. Sign in with your same login and everything (hands, sessions, progress) is right where you left it.
- The website stays home to the Global Feed, shared hands, strategy articles, and the free poker tools.

Message reactions & tappable links
- React to any message in your DMs — long-press a message and pick from quick reactions like ❤️ and 👍. Reactions show up for both of you in seconds.
- Links in messages now open right in the app — no more copy-pasting URLs.
- Editing, deleting and reporting a message all live in the same long-press menu now. Tapping a message no longer opens the report screen.

Tournament blind clock
- Set up the blind structure in seconds — generate it from your starting blinds, level length and break cadence, or join mid-tournament by entering the blinds on the room clock and the minutes left in the level
- A live countdown for the current level, with a one-tap Blinds Up to confirm the move to the next level
- Breaks and late registration get their own countdowns, so you know exactly when the room is back live
- Level-change notifications fire even with the app closed, so you're never caught playing the old blinds
- New hands are auto-filled with the current level's blinds — no more re-entering stakes every time the structure moves

Learn Poker doubles: the full path from first card to real strategy
- Ten new units across three sections — Aggression, Board Reading, then the math that pays (outs, pot odds, equity & EV, value betting) and thinking in ranges (bluffing, bet sizing, reading players, the mental game)
- The full path is now 63 lessons and 19 unit tests — 467 questions, more than double what it was — ending on the habit that ties it all back to your journal
- Earlier units got sharper too: new Antes and Casino Survival lessons, and more cards on screen in the betting units

Poker School: learn the game and the app, with a guided tour
- Poker School on the Coach tab — an animated Table Positions lesson, step-by-step guides to logging, coaching, and drills, and every reference one tap away
- New here? Nutsy now walks you through the app once after sign-up — and you can replay the tour from Poker School anytime
- Signed in on this phone before? The welcome story now has a Skip straight to sign-in
- First-run pop-ups now take turns instead of stacking on top of each other

Tournament losses counted right, sync you can see, and a sharper coach
- Tournaments with a buy-in and no recorded prize now count as losses — your Sessions tab, Journey, and Analytics finally tell the same money story
- Tapping a shared-hand notification opens the conversation it was shared into (no more "Hand not found")
- The sync pill grew up: it says Offline even with nothing queued, warns on a slow connection, and tapping it shows what's stuck, why, and when you last synced
- Log a finished session with no signal — it saves on your device and syncs when you're back online
- Ending a cash session? The recap suggests a cash-out from your tracked hands, and ended sessions without one get an Add cash-out shortcut
- Coach analyses are sharper: no more second-guessing itself, and bluffs are judged on the fold math and who they work against — not just the result
- Your saved analyses now load on any device you sign into instead of quietly regenerating
- Your Journey refreshes the moment you come back to it, analyzed Quick Analysis hands now count in your Coach Grades matrix, and editing a hand no longer erases its gradepro

Try Nutsy free, tell us what to call you, and a deeper Journey
- Everyone gets 3 free chats with Nutsy, your AI poker sidekick — ask about your game, your sessions, or anything in the app. Find the squirrel on the Coach tab
- New in Account → Profile: a preferred name. Your coach and Nutsy will call you what you actually go by, not your sign-up name
- Journey deep dive — leak insights with the drill that fixes each one, win rate by position, stakes breakdowns, and your 12-week calendarpro
- Fixed Nutsy occasionally nagging about a session that was still open when no session list showed one
- Clearer plans page — it now lists exactly what Free includes and what Pro unlocks
Aug 7, 2026
Sync fixes, resumable drills, and a way to report problems
- Fixed a problem where a few changes could get stuck and never upload — if you saw “changes didn’t sync”, it clears itself the next time you open the app
- Something not right? Tap “Report this issue” on the sync screen and the details come straight to us
- Straddles now count properly when you fold — the hand records the full straddle you posted, not just the big blind
- Start a drill, get pulled away, come back later — your Daily Set now picks up exactly where you left off
- Your seat now moves to the next position correctly even when you log hands quickly, one after another
- Hands you just saved no longer disappear from a session until you reopen the app
- Tens now display properly in coaching notes (they were being cut off)

The trainer, reimagined: new question types, a smarter daily quiz, and XP
- Two brand-new question formats: concept checks (real poker theory, in plain language — true/false and multiple choice) and spot-the-mistake hands where you find the one action that cost money
- Mental Game and Relative Hand Strength are finally drillable — the two skills that never fit a board question now have their own question banks
- Your Daily Set now mixes your weakest skills and rotates question formats, instead of serving one skill and the same four buttons five times in a row
- Difficulty now adapts to you: questions center on your Poker IQ per skill, step up when you're on a streak, and there's a "Challenge me" button when you want it harder
- Earn XP for every correct answer (with combo bonuses), work toward a daily XP goal, and climb each skill's new 5-level path
- Over 300 fresh questions across every skill, with new safeguards so questions and answer menus stop repeating themselves

Coach Grades: how well you played vs what actually happened
- Your Journey now opens with a grid of every analyzed hand — Good, OK or Mistake down the side, won, lost or folded across the top. Playing well and winning are not the same thing, and now you can see both at once
- The cell nobody shows you: hands you misplayed and won anyway. Winning after a bad decision teaches the wrong lesson — this is where you catch it
- Cash and tournaments get their own grid, and the money beside each seat counts your cash hands only — tournament chips are never added to your dollars
- Leaks are back to showing their target range — your line against the band a winning player sits in, so you can see at a glance whether you're closing it
- Your style now spells itself out — Tight Aggressive rather than TAG — with the three numbers behind it: hands played, raised preflop, and aggression after the flop
- Win rate by seat now counts every hand you logged, not just the ones you analyzed, and shows the count beside the percentage so a thin seat can't masquerade as a strong one
- Not enough hands yet? The screen now shows exactly what's missing, how many of your hands are ready to be analyzed with a way straight to them, and a sample of what your Journey looks like once you've logged a few

Your Journey: see whether you're actually improving
- Analytics is now Your Journey — one screen that opens with a clear verdict on your game: Improving, Steady, or Slipping
- Insight cards rank what's costing you the most money, each with one fact and one action — including a jump straight into a drill when there's a leak to fix
- Your numbers on demand: position, stakes and venue, cash vs tournaments, and a calendar of every day you played
- Monday recap: every week opens with your week in review — hands logged, how well you played, and your biggest leak's movement — plus a heads-up notification when it's ready
- Nutsy now lives on your Journey — he celebrates when you're improving and cheers you on when you need it

- Six new tier badges starring Nutsy, from wide-eyed Rookie to crowned Elite

- Ratings start fresh — everyone begins the new system with a clean slate
