The key decision is the river All-in. After a heart turn and an ace that completed the wheel, the set of 9s became a bluff-catcher against a passive caller. Checking back was better, so the river All-in was -EV, even though the earlier streets were reasonable.
Street-by-Street Analysis
Preflop (7/10)
Flatting 99 on the BTN behind an UTG+1 open and a HJ call is fine at 70 BB with antes. A 3-bet to isolate is a valid alternative. The flat invited both blinds and created a five-way pot.
Flop (6/10)
Set of 9s on a two-tone board, five-way, and you bet only 0.4x pot. Two callers left heart draws and wheel gutshots in at a cheap price. A bet closer to 2/3–3/4 pot charges that field properly.
Turn (6/10)
The 4♥ completes the flush and gives straights to A3 and 63. Betting 0.6x pot after two checks is defensible for value and protection against single-heart draws and pairs. It already folds out the weakest hands, and a check is close.
River (4/10)
The A♣ completes the wheel for every 3x hand that called the turn, and you don't hold the A♥. UTG+1 called multiway on the flop and called the turn bet on a three-heart board, so their range is heavy in flushes, straights and draws that just got there. Worse hands that call 18,000 are mostly two pair like A9/A5 and the odd lower set. Better hands call or were waiting to call. Check back and take the showdown.
Hindsight: UTG+1 showed 2♠3♦ for a wheel. Checking would have saved the 18,000 river All-in.
